This ticket is for a Chaperone. Please add the Student ticket and follow those instructions for your Student.

As mandated by the State of Florida, you must complete both your Level 1 and Level 2 Background Checks to Chaperone at this event. DO NOT WAIT until the last minute as we will be unable to let you on the bus if the Level 2 is not on file at the county and this can take up to 2 weeks after you complete the check.

NOTE: You can Pay for this with your Booster Credits. If you fundraised, select the Pay in Full or Payment Plan option to add to cart. Then navigate to the cart page and follow the steps below:

• In another tab, go to your account page and click on the Booster Credits tab.
• Copy the student email associated with the credits you want to use and paste or type it into the email field on this order page.
• Check the box labeled "Apply Booster Credits" (you will see an error message if you haven't entered in the student email yet)
• A new box will apply showing the total Booster Credits for that student account. Apply the amount you wish towards the item.
• The item in the cart will be updated to reflect this discount and if you selected payment plan it will show which payment/s the credit applied to.
• If you apply the fully payment in Booster credits the credit card fees will be removed for the sale.

Remember, while Booster Credits can be used they should be applied to Fair Share First, then Student Tickets, then Chaperone tickets if you have any left. Any excess fund raising is donated to the general band fund to help other students.
